  • Pre-order products: These items are made to order and typically take 8–12 weeks for production and delivery.
  • Custom AirPitches: Delivery times will be confirmed by our team upon order confirmation, usually 8–12 weeks.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, product size, and courier rates.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees applied in their country.
