This week, the 3v3 World movement reached Dubai — and AirPitch was right in the middle of the action. Our 3v3 World Director, Mike Melvin, travelled to work with the 3v3 UAE license, hosting new events and introducing clubs to the future of small-sided football.
The highlight of the trip came with Football Escapes, the world-famous football camp company that combines family holidays with elite coaching. Kids trained with Wayne Rooney and Michael Dawson, and halfway through the week, they were surprised with an AirPitch-powered 3v3 event using BazookaGoals — a moment that turned the Jumeirah Beach pitches into pure joy.
Next week, the team will do it all again with Michael Owen, and the UAE crew is already preparing for a world record attempt during the Dubai Fitness Challenge (30x30):
